Visasjty offers consulting services in global logistics, including budget design and control for international executive mobility, relocation of technical personnel, and per diem management for multinational corporations. Our scope is limited to transportation cost auditing, route efficiency analysis, and compliance with corporate transfer policies.
The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information regarding their mobility needs, available budgets, and internal corporate policies. They are responsible for obtaining all necessary authorizations for the disclosure of data concerning their employees or executives. Any omission or inaccuracy may affect the quality of the analysis and the feasibility of the recommendations.
Visasjty does not guarantee specific results in terms of cost savings or regulatory compliance, as these depend on external factors such as regulatory changes, market conditions, and client decisions. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of opportunities, or breaches by third-party logistics providers.
All reports, methodologies, tools, and analyses developed by Visasjty are our intellectual property. The user receives a limited-use license for internal corporate purposes, without the right to redistribution or commercialization without express authorization.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information exchanged during the provision of the service, including financial data, mobility strategies, and personal data of employees. This obligation remains in effect even after the contractual relationship has ended.
Visasjty reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website and will take effect 15 days after their publication. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' prior notice. In the event of a material breach of obligations, the affected party may terminate the contract immediately. Upon termination, the user must return all confidential documentation received.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Baní, Peravia, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
